ChemGuard™
coating and rebuilding systems have been developed directly from
ARCOR® high performance immersion coatings, guaranteeing
they will provide maximum containment during any rupture of the
primary vessel, meeting all EPA guidelines. This system will
provide the superior performance that only 100%-solids
“Novolac” epoxy systems can provide, and contain no hazardous
VOC’s for minimal disruption in the work environment.

Products Used
for ChemGuard™
EE-10:
A
high functionality epoxy Novolac coating especially suited for
aggressive acid environments. EE-10 is suitable as a primer as
well as a topcoat. Excellent against 98% Sulfuric Acid.
EE-11:
A
sprayable multipurpose coating suited for aggressive acid and
caustic service. Excellent at elevated temperatures to 300oF
immersion. High abrasion resistance. Excellent flexibility makes
EE-11 ideal for large tank applications.
ARCRETE:
An
epoxy ‘concrete’ excellent for replacing larger volumes of
concrete loss. Use with forms to rebuild pump & tank
pedestals and berms. Can be coated within 8 hours allowing for
reconstruction & coating in one setup.
ARCTHANE:
A
high elongation, elastomeric, hybridized epoxy/urethane. Ideally
suited for expansion joint sealing and weld repair, and it is
completely compatible with epoxy coatings.
EE-92:
A
high functionality epoxy Novolac rebuild material formulated for
the highest abrasion resistance. Excellent resistance to a wide
array of acids, solvents and alkalis. Service temperature
to 450oF.
EE-95:
Rebuilding material
for metals in immersion service. Ideally suited as a restoration
or cladding material for corrosion and abrasion protection in
highly aggressive environments. Can be applied to 500 mils
without slump.
