EE-10 is a solvent free, high functionality
epoxy Novolac coating. EE-11 Prime contains Zinc Phosphate which
inhibits corrosion of the metal substrate due to diffusion of
water and/or salts or mechanical damage to the coating. This
effectively eliminates corrosion undercutting of the coating
making ARCOR™ EE-11 Prime ideally suited for aggressive water
service (salt, brackish).
ARCOR® EE-10

EE-10 is a solvent free, high functionality
epoxy Novolac coating suitable for immersion and non-immersion
service, particularly in aggressive acid environments. EE-10
produces a tough, chemical resistant coating on ferrous and
non-ferrous metals and concrete. As the lowest viscosity epoxy
Novolac available ARCOR® EE-10 is suitable as a primer as well as
a topcoat. Excellent against 98% Sulfuric Acid.

ARCOR® EE-11 is a solvent free, high
functionality epoxy Novolac coating with exceptional flexibility,
suitable for immersion and non-immersion service, particularly in
aggressive environments with elevated temperatures and a high
degree of flexural stress. . ARCOR® EE-11 produces a tough,
abrasion and chemical resistant coating on ferrous and non-ferrous
metals and concrete. As a low viscosity epoxy Novolac, ARCOR® EE-11 is suitable for hand or spray application.

ARCOR™ EE-15 is a
solvent free, high functionality epoxy Novolac coating suitable
for immersion and non-immersion service, particularly in
aggressive and alkali environments with elevated temperatures. ARCOR™ EE-15 produces a tough
chemical resistant coating on ferrous metals and concrete. As a
low epoxy novolac ARCOR™ EE-15 is suitable for hand or spray
application on metals or concrete. The long pot-life and over
coat window make this ideal for larger surface areas.

EE-80 Pre-Primer
Pre-Prime / Sealer / Tanks / Structural Steel / Flooring
ARCOR® EE-80 is a solvent free, very low
viscosity epoxy designed as a penetrating pre-primer. It is
ideally suited for use on large metal surface areas to hold the
blast until an ARCOR® or ARCOR® coating system is applied. EE-80
increases adhesion of the coating system to metal surfaces in
immersion service which cannot be blasted to a SSPC-SP5
cleanliness. Excellent as a sealer for concrete or aged “white
rusted” zinc surfaces.

ARCOR® EE-101
A
solvent free, Ultra 3.6 functionality epoxy Novolac coating. It's
designed for use in the most aggressive chemical and high
temperature environments typically thought beyond the abilities of
epoxies. ARCOR® EE-101 can be used on ferrous and non-ferrous
metals and concrete.
ARCOR® EE-121
A solvent free, high 3.6 functionality epoxy Novolac coating
suitable for immersion and non-immersion service. Designed
specifically for as a Methanol resistant coating, produces a
though, chemical resistant coating on ferrous and non-ferrous
metals and concrete.
