Neutralization Basin Repair

A concrete neutralization basin developed large cracks in the wall due to settling. Some of the cracks were severe enough to allow liquid to penetrate the walls. The inside of the basin was thoroughly dried and abrasive-blasted. Spent grit was carefully cleaned away from the floor and walls. ARCOR™ TS-RB was installed into crevices using a squeegee and then filled flush with the surface. Two coats of chemical resistant ARCOR™ S-20 were then applied. Cleaning cracked wall surface in basin. Application of ARCOR S-20.Unit completed with two coats of ARCOR S-20.
