Concrete Drain Trench

A concrete drain trench in a demineralized water take up area was severely attacked by hot acids and caustics.
The drain trench was high-pressure washed and neutralized with caustic soda. Weak areas were removed. Clean, dry sand was installed to level the remaining sound concrete.
ARCORâ„¢ ARCRETE was then installed on the floor and allowed to set up hard. Two coats of ARCORâ„¢ S-20 were then installed to provide a chemical resistant barrier.

Top-coat with 2 coats of ARCOR S-20.
